The authorities took steps today to check terrorism in Sudeten German districts directed against Social Democrats and Jews.
The state police of Litomerice, North Bohemia, and Moravska-Ostrava, issued a proclamation warning that six-month prison terms would be meted out to persons found guilty of blackmailing for political, religious and national ends, insulting recognized national or religious minorities, injuring property, business or reputation.
