No investigation has been made yet as to whether the Italian decree for expulsion of foreign Jews contravenes any treaties, Secretary of State Cordell Hull stated today at his press conference. Asked if the Government aimed to investigate the effect of the decree on Americans, Mr. hull said it would naturally be the aim of the United States to perform its usual functions.
