Open Door to Refugees Asked by Canadian Church

The Presbytery of the United Church of Canada was on record today with a resolution asking the Canadian Government to open the doors to the Jewish victims of persecution in Germany and Italy. The resolution, adopted unanimously at a meeting yesterday, states that unemployment was not caused by overpopulation in Canada but was the result of other economic causes.
