The Government today issued a decree prohibiting the establishment of new branches by business concerns. This measure, on the heels of temporary suspension of issuance of new trading licenses, will work hardship on Jewish employes who are being dismissed from their jobs under the law restricting employment of Jews to a 20 per cent ratio; hampering them in finding new means of livelihood.
