Six Jews were killed and seven others were wounded in continuing disorders over the week-end.

Four were slain and five were seriously injured when a tender carrying a patrol of Jewish supernumeraries hit a land mine between Kibbutz Shefayim near Tel Litwinski. The dead were Max Superheld, 24, an immigrant from Germany; Chovev Mugelevitz, 23, of Poland; Zvi Youcha, 25, of Latvia, and Dov Goldin, 29, of Latvia. The wounded are Julius Baruch, 23, of Germany; Jonathan Gerelitz, 26, of Poland; Chaim Frumerman, 25, of Latvia, Walter Tollack, 24, of Germany, and Abraham Steinberg.

Three were wounded when four persons fired into a quarry near Haifa. They are Joseph Ahrader, a supernumerary, and the workers, Joseph Shatler and Simha Rosenbloom.

Two Jewish ghaffirs were fatally wounded yesterday when the motorcycles on which they were riding from Ataroth to Jerusalem crashed into a bus after having been fired upon by Arab snipers. The victims were Abraham Golub, 38, and Samuel Feinstein, 21, both of Poland.

British planes and troops killed seven rebels and wounded several others in mopping up operations against the remnants of a large arab band which they crushed in a battle near Ramallah Wednesday night and Thursday.

Dr. Olga Feinberg, 45, a widow and a United states citizen, the sole Jewish inhabitant of Jericho, fled to the nearby plant of the Palestine Potash Company to escape Arab terrorism. Dr. Feinberg had lived there 15 years, freely treating Arabs for trachoma. An Arab band burned down her villa, in which she had entertained many notables, including the members of the british Royal commission.
