Favorable consideration for a plea that permanent residence and labor permits be granted to 150 Austrian refugees now in Finland was promised today by Premier A.K. Cajander, Interior Minister U.K. Kekkonen and V. Tanner, president of the Socialist Party of Finland, to a delegation of prominent non-Jews headed by the educators Yrjoe Hirn and Laurin Zilliacus.
