Sir Neill Malcolm, acting in a private capacity as personal adviser to Lord Mayor Sir Frank H. Bowater, has arrived in Praha on behalf of the Lord Mayor’s Czech Fund. It is understood he will unofficially inquire about the position of refugees from Austria threatened with deportation since no answer has yet been received to his official intervention.
