Premier Milan Stojadinovic today told Dr. Pijade Bukic, president of the B’nai B’rith and former president of the Belgrade Sephardic Community, that rumors about impending anti-Jewish legislation were baseless. He declared the Yugoslavian Government had no intention of restricting Jewish civil rights, which he said was contrary to the Government’s policy and also to his personal convictions.
