Hope that the 12,000 Polish Jews deported from the Reich would be permitted to return dwindled today as the Polish-German conversations continued here it was learned from usually reliable (quarters that the na21s regarded the deportations as a fait accompli and were limiting the discussions to future developments concerning the 38,000 Polish Jews remaining in Germany.
