Agitation for creation of a greater Ukrainian state was reported today from two Rumanian provinces having Ukrainian majorities, Bukovina and Northern Bessarabia. Pamphlets distributed by Ukrainian Nationalists demand the inclusion in such a state of Ukrainians from Ruthenia (the Carpathian Ukraine), Poland, the Soviet Union, and Rumania.
