Thirty-seven immigration certificates have been transferred from the capitalist category to be used in bringing in rabbis, it was learned today. The transfer was understood to have followed insistence by Chief Rabbis Isaac Herzog and Moshe Blau, who pointed out that the Palestine Government had issued 200 certificates for use of non-Jewish clergymen while no provision was made for rabbis.
