Nicholas Petrescu-Comnen resigned today as Foreign Minister and was succeeded by Undersecretary Gregoire Gafencu, a newspaper publisher and leader of the youth element of the national peasant party. (Gafencu is, not Anti-Semitic and is known to have pro-French tendencies.)
