There is no immediate danger that Sudeten refugees will be sent back to Germany Sir Herbert Emerson, League of Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, said today. He added, however, that it was in the interests of all concerned that they be evacuated at the earliest moment, and promised to do all in his power for them at Geneva and London. Sir Herbert revealed that he has negotiated with Welfare Minister Vladislav Klumper on the refugee problem, especially on the possibility of establishing on office of the High Commission at Praha.
