The World Jewish Congress executive committee today telegraphed the League Council’s Committee of Three on Danzig protesting its decision to postpone action on the anti-Jewish legislation recently adopted by the Nazi-dominated Danzig Senate. The wire expressed astonishment at the committee’s failure to recognize that the racial laws constituted a violation of the League-guaranteed Constitution and protested shelving of a question which had been recognized as urgent.
