Major-General George van Horn Moseley, retired army officer, yesterday called for organization of vigilante groups to be mobilized “at all critical points” on a moment’s notice to quell any Communist uprising. General Moseley, addressing 400 members of the Sentinels of the Republic, also denounced the appointment of Prof. Felix Frankfurter to the Supreme Court as positive evidence of the present administration’s leaning to Communism.
