A commission of experts named by the International Jewish Colonization Society left today for a three-month survey of refugee settlement possibilities in Dutch Guiana. The commission comprises Prof. Nicholas H. Swellengrebel, Amsterdam expert in tropical biology; Dr. Vink, former government agriculture inspector, and Solomon Dyk, Jewish agriculturist of Tel Aviv.
