Hundreds of Germans schooled in anti-Semitic tactics were brought into Prague for anti-Jewish excesses scheduled for last weekend, which were later banned, it was reported here today. Several hundred of the anti-Semites, most of them from Vienna, were said to be still in the Bohemian capital.

Hanna Steiner, Women’s Zionist leader in Prague, has been released by the Gestapo reportedly on 500,000 kroner bail. Publishers of the Jewish paper, Novy Czas, submitted a memorandum to the Gestapo appealing for permission to continue publication. A favorable reply was expected.
