Kenya Increases Entry Bond

A serious obstacle to the entry of refugees has been imposed by a bill just passed by the Legislature which provides that a bond of up to $2,500 may be demanded of an immigrant who is unable to return to the country of origin. The maximum bond required hitherto has been $250.
