“Non-domination through co-domination” was urged as a solution of the Arab-Jewish problem by Rabbi Moshe Blau, president of the Agudath Israel of Palestine, in a statement to the Jerusalem correspondent of the New York Times.

“It is our opinion that by fostering friendly relationship enabling the two peoples to live as good neighbors to their mutual benefit, it can be proved to Britain that the way to peace and justice is by assuring equal cooperation by Arabs and Jews without subjecting one to the rule of the other,” he said.
