The Government issued a decree today ordering all Jews and foreigners in Slovakia to declare their real estate and business properties before August 29. Failure to comply will be punished by fines of 6,200 crowns to 50,000 crowns and imprisonment. The decree was said to be aimed principally at Czech businessmen who control most of Slovakia’s industry. Czechs are now regarded as foreigners here.
