Private Berlin sources reported today that a Jewish journalist, H. Fink, who was arrested in 1937, has not yet been released despite intervention by the Lithuanian authorities. Fink, who is a Lithuanian citizen and had acted as correspond for the Jewish Morning Journal of New York, is serving a five-year prison term for “incitement against Germany in the foreign press.”
