The tragedy of a 67-year-old German Jew, Isaac Gotzler, who was driven four times across the Reich-Polish frontier and beaten was disclosed today in an official report of Polish frontier guards to headquarters.

Gestapo agents forced Gotzler across the frontier near Boruszowici under the threat of shooting him, after stripping him of all his belongings. He was sent back by Polish frontier guards, whereupon he was beaten by Germans and again forced across the border. This was repeated four times, after which Gotzler, covered with blood, was bandaged by Polish guards. When the Germans, called by the Poles, arrived, Gotzler fainted and was turned over, unconscious, to the Nazis.
