The Coordinating Foundation was registered today as a company, limited by guarantee (public), with the object of cooperating with individuals and organizations engaged in improving the conditions of beneficiaries and facilitating emigration of involuntary emigrants from Germany. The subscribers are given as John W. Davis, Paul Baerwald, Nathan L. Miller, and Lewis L. Strauss, all of New York, and Lionel de Rothschild, Lionel Cohen, Earl Bessborough and Harold B. Butler.
