The first contingent of American delegates to the 21st biennial world Zionist Congress, which opens in Geneva next week, arrived here today. They include Morris Margulies, Mendel Fisher, Elihu Stone, Dr. Israel Goldstein, David Wertheim, a Jacob Fishman. Some of the group may proceed to Vichy, France, to confer with Dr. Chaim Weimann, president of the World Zionist Organization, who is resting there prior to the opening.
