50 Jailed After Anti-jewish Riot in Bulgaria

The Associated Press reported from Sofia, Bulgaria, today that 50 persons were arrested and sent to concentration camps after an outbreak of anti-Jewish rioting. Crowds raided Sofia’s business section, breaking hundreds of windown in Jewish stores. Police said the demonstrations were staged by a small Nazi-type party called Ratnitzi.
