The British Zionist Federation issued a manifesto to Zionists today to do everything possible to aid the rehabilitation of Polish Jewry and to give every support to the forces fighting Nazi aggression.
The manifesto also urged a strengthening of Zionist work, pointing out that the Zionist ideal was more than ever the main hope of the Jewish people. Declaring that the future of the Jewish people was bound up with the future of democracy, the document voiced the resolute determination of British Zionists to help “the heroic cause of the democracies.”
