Officials at the Soviet Consulate said today that the thousands of refugees from Nazi Poland now in Soviet territory would be treated without discrimination as political refugees and would be given every facility to live and to work. The Consulate has applied to Moscow for instructions with regard to scores of inquiries on how to ascertain the fate of relatives in Russian-occupied Poland. Pending receipt of the instructions, officials said, they were unable to give any assistance.
