Polish sources here reported today that negotiations were nearing completion with Arab and Jewish business circles in Palestine for the use of Polish cargo steamers to carry Palestine exports. The negotiations are being conducted with the Polish Navigation Company, whose fleet of cargo boats succeeded in escaping from the Baltic.
