Elis Saraga, one of Rumania’s most important book publishers, has died at the age of 82. He was the first to publish the works of the famous Rumanian poet, Eminescu. He had been decorated by King Carol and had received an expression of appreciation from the Rumanian Academy for his services to Rumanian culture.
