An appeal for funds to plant a forest in Palestine in memory of Dr. Jacob Niemirower, Senator and Chief Rabbi of Bucharest, has been launched jointly by the Union of Jewish Communities, the Rumanian Zionist Federation and the Jewish National Fund.
