American Colonists Help Emir Abdullah Bulld Citrus Plantation

Members of the American Jewish colony Raanana helped establish a private citrus plantation for Emir Abdullah near the Transjordan border, it was learned today.

The Americans cleared the land and dug a well for the plantation. Machinery was supplied by a Jewish engineer from Jerusalem and another Jewish engineer found the exact spot best suited for the well, which is already supplying 300 cubic meters of water hourly. The ruler of the Transjordan has always maintained excellent relations with the Jews.
