The Hungarian anti-Jewish law, under which Jews are restricted to a six per cent ratio in employment and the professions, will be applied to foreign firms and nationals living in Hungary under a new ordinance promulgated here today.
Foreign firms henceforth will be required to submit a complete list of their employes together with certificates proving their non-Jewish origin. The Foreign Ministry will decide which foreign establishments are to be classed as Jewish.
