Despite a front-page statement in the current issue of Charles E. Coughlin’s Social Justice that an inquiry into “the Communistic origin and control of the so-called ‘Jewish People’s Committee’ is to be asked of the United States Department of Justice in Washington this week,” the Department said today that it had not received any such request for an investigation.
