Fire Razes 21 Houses in Rumanian City’s Jewish Quarter

Twenty-one houses were destroyed by a fire which swept through the densely populated Jewish district in the city of Dorohoi, it was reported here today. Many Jewish families lost all their belongings and many shops were completely burned. Damage was estimated at several million lei.
