Seven jurors were chosen today in the seditious conspiracy trial of 17 Christian Front members and supporters in Brooklyn Federal Court.

An Associated Press report quoting U.S. Attorney Harold M. Kennedy as saying he preferred an entirely Protestant jury aroused the ire of Judge Marcus B. Campbell. Kennedy denied making the statement, and the A.P. reporter present attributed the error to the rewrite man, who was called to appear before the judge tomorrow.

The public was barred from the courtroom, but a large crowd gathered outside. Copies of inflammatory publications were being sold in the crowd.
