Immediate expulsion of all foreigners who have entered Belgium since the end of March was ordered today by the Government. The measure was one of the emergency steps taken by the Cabinet to reinforce anti-espionage control. Special surveillance will be kept over all foreigners who are suspect in any way.

The Government is establishing a concentration camp at Ruysselde, Western Flanders, for suspect aliens.

The Belgian Government has also prohibited transportation, circulation and sale of the anti-Semitic weekly journal National Socialiste Volk en Vaderland, now published in the Netherlands and circulating in Flemish regions of Belgium.
