Prof. Simeon Dubnow, famous Polish Jewish historian who has been living in Riga, Latvia, has decided against coming to the United States. He had been invited to visit America by the Jewish National Workers’ Alliance. Prof. Dubnow, it was stated, will settle in wilno, where he will contribute to activities of the Yiddish Scientific Institute.
