Government Rests Case in ‘frontist’ Trial

The Government this afternoon rested its case against 16 alleged seditious conspirators in Brooklyn Federal Court after five weeks of testimony. Defense attorneys immediately filed a series of motions for dismissals and directed verdicts of acquital, and Judge Marcus Campbell adjourned court until tomorrow to give opposing counsel time to prepare their arguments.
