Labor Camps Set Up for Stranded Refugees in Switzerland

Labor camps are being established for German emigres in Switzerland whose reemigration was blocked by the outbreak of the war, it was reported today at the annual meeting of the Federation of Swiss Jewish Assistance Organizations. During 1939, a total of 1,840 refugees were able to emigrate from Switzerland, it was stated.
