Italy’s entrance into the war has stranded 170 Jewish immigrants on the liner Rodi in the harbor of Rhodes, Italian possession, it was learned today.

The immigrants, bound for Palestine, had been scheduled to arrive last Friday. A cable received this morning by the Jewish Agency for Palestine had asked for immediate transportation, citing the danger that Rhodes would be in the war zone.
