Bernstein, Hias-ica Leader, En Route to New York from Lisbon

James Bernstein, director of the HIAS-ICA Emigration Association, sailed for New York Friday on the United States liner Manhattan for conferences with officials of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society. Charles Levy, of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee staff, has reached here from France.
