Vladimir Jabotinsky’s latest book, “the Jewish war Front,” published by Allen Unwin here, met with a variety of comment in the British press.
The Times said that Jabotinsky’s claim that the establishment of a Jewish State in Palestine alone would solve the Jewish problem was “a bold, not to say dangerous, approach.” It paid tribute to Jabotinsky’s skillful arguments but declared his demands “raise more problems than they solve.”
The Manchester Guardian said “his prescription for cure is less convincing than his diagnosis of the disease.” The Christian World, however, viewed the author’s suggestions as constructive and termed the book an eloquent work on the present plight of Jews.
