Mcwilliams Found Sane; Faces Sentence for Anti-jewish Slurs

Joseph McWilliams, Christian Mobilizer leader who was committed to Bellevue for observation, has been found legally sane and will be sentenced Oct. 1 on the charge, of which he was convicted last week, of disorderly conduct, it was announced in Yorkville Court today by Magistrate Edgar Bromberger. The charge arose from anti-Semitic speeches made by McWilliams in the course of a street meeting. Mcwilliams also faces trial on Oct. 1 on another disorderly conduct charge, filed by the police, for anti-Semitic speeches on the night of Aug. 21.
