Guild for Jewish Blind Gets War Department Contract

The New York Guild for the Jewish Blind has been awarded a $10, 450 War Department contract to manufacture cotton pillow cases for the Army. The contract was one of 18 awarded under the Department’s new policy of assigning all possible types of defense work to organizations of the physically handicapped.
