Emphasizing the success of previous recruiting campaigns, the military authorities announced today the opening of further enlistment of 200 Jews and 200 Arabs for fighting units, which will double the present Arab and Jewish infantry units.

Meanwhile, a joint committee of Jewish and Christian Greeks in Tel Aviv started collection of funds and garments for the Greek army.
