Rumanian Jews have been forbidden to travel from one town to another except by special permission of the Iron Guard police. Even if permission is granted, a Jew may not travel alone but must be accompanied by a uniformed member of the Iron Guard, whose transportation and expenses must be paid by the Jew whom he is assigned to guard.
