The 36th conference of Jewish farmers at Rehoboth yesterday adopted a resolution demanding that a program of work instead of doles be carried out by the Government and asking maximum assistance from Jewish national institutions.

Harzfeld urged furtherance of agricultural settlement even in wartime. Samuel Dayan demanded investment of £250,000 to stabilize recently-initiated rural settlements.
