The Vichy Government has agreed to turn over to Germany a number of German Jewish and political refugees, the London radio reported today.

“The Vichy Government is reported to have agreed to hand over to Berlin a number of political and Jewish refugees from the Nazi regime,” the broadcast said. “The Nazis are said to have drawn up lists of the men they want seized.”

The Austrian Jewish Socialist leader, Hertzfeld, has committed suicide in the Moulins concentration camp in France on the eve of being extradited to Germany, Routers reported.
