Isaiah Minkoff, of New York, has been named executive secretary of the General Jewish Council, it was announced by Chairman Edgar J. Kaufmann. Minkoff assumed his new duties today. He has been for almost six years executive secretary of the Jewish Labor Committee, one of the constituent organizations of the General Jewish Council along with the American Jewish Committee and B’nai B’rith.
