Presenting America as “the last remaining stronghold of the Jews”, Robert Ley, leader of the Nazi Labor Front, publishes an article in Angriff predicting that a Nazified Europe will smash the United States.
“The 300 million Europeans commanding vast inexhaustible resources, will certainly be more than a match for 130 million Americans of the United States – the last remaining stronghold of the Jews,” the Nazi leader writes in Goebbels’ organ.
The Radio Rome, echoing the anti-Jewish propaganda of the German radio stations, today reports that Hungary has seriously embarked on a policy of getting rid of all of its East-European Jews. Raids on Jews are taking place throughout Hungary and 1,000 of the arrested Jews have been transferred to a special concentration camp. Simultaneously twenty-five wealthy Hungarian Jews were arrested on charges of spreading alarming news.
In the Nazi puppet state of Croatia, according to Radio Rome, Jews are now being expelled from the larger towns. Biak was the first town in Croatia to become “judenrein” this week when all Jews there were ordered to leave the place within twenty-four hours.
The confiscation of radios from Jews in Bulgaria has yielded 3,400 sets in Sofia alone, according to Radio Rome.
